We have sessions tailored for different age groups to ensure everyone gets the most out of their animal encounter:

Pre-School Sessions (Under 4s Only)

Perfect for toddlers and pre-schoolers to discover amazing creatures in a safe, small-group environment.

• Session Length: 30 minutes (plus unlimited play!)
• Group Size: Max 10 children per session

Dates & Times available:

• Wednesday 3rd June: 10.00am or 10.30am
• Wednesday 16th September: 10.00am or 10.30am
• Wednesday 18th November: 10.00am or 10.30am

Big Explorer Sessions (Ages 4+)

An exciting, educational, and engaging close-up session for older children.

• Session Length: 1 hour (plus unlimited play!)

• Group Size: Max 20 children per session

Dates & Times available:

• Saturday 20th June: 10.00am or 11.30am
• Thursday 13th August: 3.00pm or 4.30pm

Ticket Prices & Important Information:

• Under 4s Ticket: £12.50 (Includes 30-min animal session & unlimited play)
• Ages 4+ Ticket: £15.50 (Includes 1-hour animal session & unlimited play)
• Adult Ticket: £1.00 (Maximum of 2 adults per child ticket)
