1. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

   1. These are the terms and conditions which apply when you make a booking with Adventure Reef.
   2. Please ensure that you and the participants in your booking have read these terms and conditions carefully. You should also check that the details of your booking are complete and accurate before you submit your booking. If you think that you have made a mistake after you have submitted your booking, please contact the relevant site you have booked at to discuss.
   3. By submitting your payment, you agree that your booking with Adventure Reef and your participation in the session is subject to these terms and conditions.
   4. No booking shall be deemed to have been accepted by Adventure Reef unless, and until, the booking has been accepted in writing, which will include Adventure Reef sending you an email confirmation of the booking.
   5. These terms and conditions also incorporate the terms of the Adventure Reef Rules of Play and Privacy Policy.
   6. Adventure Reef reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions and to make changes from time to time in order to comply with changes in any relevant laws or regulatory requirements.

2. SAFETY

   1. Participation in adventure play is not without risk as serious misuse of equipment could be fatal. You acknowledge that the activity can be dangerous with some inherent risks and hazards. You and all participants in your booking voluntarily assume and accept all such risks and waiver the right to sue Adventure Reef for any personal injury.
   2. At no time will participants be supervised by members of staff and parents/guardians remain responsible at all times.
   3. Only children aged 11 years and under can use the facilities at Adventure Reef and must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, responsible adult or appropriate carer. The parent, guardian, responsible adult or carer must remain on site for anyone under 11 years of age. Adventure Reef staff will not supervise children, regardless of the child’s age.
   4. Young people can attend when accompanied by both a child under 11 AND an adult over 18.
   5. Adventure Reef reserves the right to refuse admittance to participants or to remove a participant from a Site should Adventure Reef deem it necessary to do so. This includes a participant who does not comply with the Site Rules, advice or instructions or any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. All participants are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect other participants and Adventure Reef personnel. The decision of the Manager on duty will be final.
   6. No refunds or compensation will be payable by Adventure Reef in the event that any participant is not permitted to, or decides not to, undertake or complete the session.

3. PRICE AND PAYMENT

   1. All charges include VAT.
   2. Payment shall be made in full at the time of booking and can be made by using a debit card or credit card.
   3. Adventure Reef reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Though any change in price will not affect any booking that has already been booked and paid for in full at the time that the change in price becomes effective.

4. CANCELLATIONS, TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS

   1. All purchases of tickets are full and final and cannot be refunded. With no less than 24 hours notice we may move your booking to an alternate date should we have availability. This will be at the managers discretion. No refunds will be given should you fail to attend on the time and date you booked for.
   2. Any cancellation pursuant to point 4.1 must be made by visiting the relevant Site or telephoning the relevant Site’s telephone number which is available on our website.
   3. Adventure Reef shall be entitled to cancel your booking at any time. In the event that Adventure Reef decides to cancel your booking it shall use its reasonable endeavors to notify you as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation under this point, you shall be entitled to a full refund.
   4. Payments made by debit or credit card will be refunded to the same card.
   5. No refunds will be given for transactions made by gift vouchers. Bookings which were made by gift vouchers and which are cancelled pursuant to points 4.1 of these terms and conditions may be transferred to another date and time.
   6. Deposits made for party bookings are non refundable with the exception of the party being cancelled by Adventure Reef.
   7. Adventure Reef reserve the right to cancel the party if the balance is not paid by the due date.
   8. We do not offer refunds for children who do not attend. Play passes will be issued only over and above the minimum of 12 children per party.

5. DELIVERY OF SERVICE

   1. Subject to the terms of these terms and conditions, we shall provide the service to you at the Adventure Reef Site that you have booked at and as set out in the booking confirmation.
   2. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry and no refunds or compensation will be payable in each circumstance.

6. OUR LIABILITY TO YOU

   1. Adventure Reef employees and directors are not liable to you, the participants in your booking, or your or their dependents or legal representatives for any claim for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including without limitation personal injury or financial loss or damage, whether such liability arises in breach of contract, tort (including negligence), statute or statutory duty save that nothing is intended to nor shall limit the liability of Adventure Reef in respect of death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Adventure Reef or of its employees, agents or contractors or affect the statutory rights of any person dealing as a consumer.
   2. Adventure Reef will not be held responsible for the loss or damage of or to any of your or the participants in your booking’s property or personal belongings during your visit to the Site or arising from the booking of or participation in the session. Personal possessions are brought into the venue entirely at the owners’ risk.
   3. Parking facilities are available and any vehicles and their contents are left at the owners’ risk.
   4. Except as otherwise stated, any liability of Adventure Reef shall be limited to the refund of any charges paid to Adventure Reef.
   5. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventure Reef employees and directors are not liable for any injury, loss or damage (including damage to property or personal belongings) directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the use of any arcade or other games machine owned or supplied by a third party.

To minimise any risk, we ask that anyone entering Adventure Reef observes the following:

Parental supervision is always required. Parents are responsible for their child/children at all times. Parents must ensure that their child understands the rules of play and that they can manage the equipment safely.

Only children aged 11 years and under are permitted to Play on the modular play frame.

Our play areas have been classified safe to be used by children within specific age ranges. These age ranges are Baby area – pre walkers, Toddler Play frame up to 5 years, main play frame 5 plus and sports court, chillout zone aimed 8 years plus and sensory space all ages. The management and staff team at Adventure Reef will enforce these age limits for insurance purposes and for the Health and Safety of all visitors to Adventure Reef

BPL regulates the number of customers on the premises at any one time and reserves the right to limit play to 2 hours at busy periods, to ensure the enjoyment and safety of all customers.

We recommend that arms and legs are covered at all times to prevent friction burns. Clothing should be tucked in and any jewellery or clothing with cords should be removed.

Customers must adhere to any verbal instructions given by staff along with the signage that appears throughout the play centre – we want you to be safe and enjoy your visit.

Climbing the netting, entry/exit gates and the furniture is not allowed.

Fighting, bullying or any behaviour deemed destructive or in any way inappropriate will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.

For child protection reasons, we operate CCTV within Adventure Reef.

We ask that customer report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.

Do not climb the slides or play in front on the slide exits.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) or the use of fire within the building or on the premises of Adventure Reef is forbidden with the exception of birthday candles at pre-booked parties.

For hygiene reasons, socks must be worn at all times by anyone using the play equipment. Gripper socks are available to purchase at reception. Shoes must be removed before entering the play frame.

Only food and drink purchased from the Metrodome venue may be consumed on the premises. Baby food and food for very specific dietary requirements are exempt. Food, drink or chewing gum must not be taken into the play frame.
