  1. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and it cannot be redeemed more than once.

  4. 1 month memberships period starts once the membership is activated. The gym reserves the right to require proof of identity and eligibility.
  5. 1 month membership is not auto renewed. 
  6. The free membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual who registered. It is not valid for any other person.
  7. The 1-month free membership includes access to all gym facilities, including swimming, group fitness classes, and other general amenities, subject to availability.
  8. 1 month membership can be added as an additional month if the person is a current Your Space member.
  9. The gym reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of this offer at any time. Any changes to the terms will be communicated to the member in writing.
  10. The Family Swim Pass is available to families with a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 members.
  11. Family members are defined as immediate family (parent(s), legal guardian(s), and children.
  12. The Family Swim Pass grants access to Calypso Cove Waterpark, and no other BPL owned pools or other facilities 
  13. The Family Swim Pass expiry date is listed on the pass.
  14. Access to the waterpark is subject to availability. The waterpark reserves the right to limit entry during periods of high demand.
  15. Guests must adhere to all safety regulations, including age, height, and health restrictions for various attractions.
  16. Family Swim Passes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  17. Calypso Cove Waterpark reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
